Hey there! My name is Mitch Lockhart, and I’m a coach and marketing specialist here at Working Against Gravity. Thank you for your interest in our small company and for taking some time to get to know the team. We’re glad you’re here!
With a public relations and advertising background, I spent the better part of ten years working the corporate treadmill. After getting involved with CrossFit and signing up for coaching at WAG, I realized I could use my communication and relationship-building talents for something far more impactful than peddling “more stuff” to an already consumption-obsessed culture.
Fast forward to today, and nutrition coaching has become my purpose in life. I wake up every morning doing what I love because I know I’m helping create lasting, positive change in not only the lives of my clients but also the world as a whole.
I love to help people realize their full potential in their health, wellness, nutrition, and life. It never ceases to amaze me what my clients are capable of when given the opportunity and encouragement to try, fail, get up, and try again.
With support and accountability, the sky is the limit and my focus is helping people remove self-imposed roadblocks by arming them with the skills, habits, and mindset they need to see success. From my clients, I only ask for two things in return - complete honesty and their very best effort. I’ve coached everyone from international-level athletes to busy parents just trying to improve their relationship with food (and everyone in between!) I can help you too.
